A native of Portsmouth, VA, Anthony holds an BS in Human Services from Old Dominion University and a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Norfolk State University. His professional experience encompasses working with diverse populations, including adults and children, in areas such as substance abuse, mental health, and homelessness.

Wynel Harris is a Virginia-licensed Special Education teacher with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. She holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching from Liberty University and has spent the past decade designing individualized programs that promote independence and personal growth.
